This website is about preparing your own “WRAP” plan (Wellness Recovery Action Plan), which was developed by Mary Ellen Copeland, Phd. As Mary Ellen discusses in the presentation, it is best to prepare your own “WRAP” in a group setting, such as a support group. Our DBSA Support Group is planning to have 4 sessions on preparing a “WRAP” in the future. Please review our website for the dates and times of these sessions.

This website is about “Illustrative Discovery Journaling” created by John Garafano Jr. and Clare Celano – - in collaboration with Jay Yudof and Peggy Swarbrick from the Institute for Wellness and Recovery Initiatives Collaborative Support Programs of New Jersey. It is a very interesting idea that you could use along with journaling and/or a diary. Please take a look, and we hope it will be helpful in your recovery from mental illness.
